Hearing the Word

Establishing the bible as the main authority and voice of God to a dying generation
Teaching and training the revelatory word of God according to different age groups, stations in life, and various levels of spiritual maturity of God’s people within the church
Positioning all administrating offices, ministry positions, revelatory teaching and preaching centered on the foundation of the word of God through its Hebrew and Greek translation
Providing training for the various ministries primarily through apprenticeship programs and small classes
Utilizing sound edification resources from outside the congregation
Safeguarding that the primary role of the senior pastor and elders will be praying and ministering of the Word, training disciples, and the oversight and spiritual care of the congregation, while other selected disciples will perform the additional varied ministries in the church; however, under the oversight of the senior pastor

Understanding the Word

Training officers and utilizing performance evaluations to ensure that the word of God is taught appropriately and accurately
Providing workshops, classes, or field trips that will encompass inviting sound doctrine evangelist, preachers, prophets, apostles, teachers, and motivational speakers of the faith in ministering and teaching the word of God
Promoting intimacy with the living Word (the author and subject of the written Word) with respect to fasting, tithing, offering, studying and meditation on the Word
Maintaining that the various ministries and activities of the church reflect our love of the Word and our love for one another, and our love for the lost and disenfranchised
Worshipping and praising joyfully through legitimate expressions of corporate praise and adoration
Supporting different levels of gifting in the body of Christ for exposure to the Word through the support of the church

Living the Word

Committing to the spiritual success of my members, as a shepherd, I will take care of our sheep to those who need help, I will help.

~ engaging in tangible ministry in the church and practicing financial stewardship (Budgeting, business entrepreneurship, savings account, checking account, life and health insurance, land ownership, and more…)

To those who are lost, I will lead.

~ Providing study groups, classes structured around growth in the knowledge and wisdom of God pertaining to salvation in Christ and relationship with mankind

To those that hunger for truth, I will feed.

~ Providing natural and spiritual food for the needy with the champion of community services and through the education through the fivefold ministry at Shaping Your World Ministry

To those who hurt, I will care.

~ participating in global missions including opportunities in our own community, encouraging one another to care for, fellowship with, support, enjoy, serve, love, and admonish each other.

To those who need God, I will show them Christ.

~Training the congregation and fellowship of believers how to know Christ for themselves and operating with accuracy in the hearing of God’s voice and the application of His scriptures; promoting evangelism to the world by establishing relationships with others (the fellowship and networking with other ministries that share like passions) for the purpose of declaring the gospel of Christ, by providing a platform from which to reach out to our community, and by providing evangelism training.
